Italian dish, thin sliced halal beef with Truffle mayo, parmezan cheese, rocket, pine nuts and bread. The dish is named after the Italian painter Vittore Carpaccio.
Tasting of three cold mezze spreads served with fresh Turkish bread. The content of the plate changes according to the season.

Triangle pastry dish, vegetables marinated in curry herbs. Served with sweet-spicy chili sauce.
Chicken skewers marinated with soja sauce. The japanese wanted to copy the kebab skewers and came up with the yakitori.
OLIVES WITH TOASTED BREAD AND OLIVE TAPENADE
Delicious marinated Greek olives in garlic oil, served with olives tapenade toasts.
In Dutch we say "loempia". Deepfried rolled pastry with vegetabels, served with sweet-spicy chili sauce. Not really Mediterranean, but extremely tasty with beer.
CHILLI CHEESE NUGGETS
Some like it hot. This crispy appetizer is filled with real cheddar cheese and seasoned with chopped Jalapeño peppers.
NACHO CHEESE WITH GUACAMOLE
Every bar should serve nacho's, so do we. Served with melted cheddar cheese and guacamole (avocado dip).
